Handling ATL & BTL activities
Implement marketing and advertising campaigns by assembling and analyzing sales forecasts; preparing marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; planning and organizing promotional presentations; updating calendars.
Achieving Categorywise Tertiary Targets at ISP outlets.
Deploying & monitoring of ISP Categorywise Targets & tertiaries.
Tracking of A* and A outlets and ensuring ISPs are present in all these Key outlets.
Ensure on roll to module as per norms fixed
Ensuring Achievement of Productivity Norms Zero Sellers, Low Productivity, Low/Zero Category sellers to be identified and improved / acted upon
Ensuring relevant training to ISPs (Mandays) as per norms
Managing the Team leaders Assigning targets to Team Leaders and closely monitoring the same.
Engagement with ISPs for retention
Monitor ISP attendance & ensuring discipline.
Capturing and ensuring correctness of ISP Tertiary data.
Cross-checking the Tertiary data with Secondary sales in BAMS.
