Business Development Manager

Exp: 5 to 10 yrs
Exposure to global practices/processes in ITES domain
Create and develop service offerings in the identified areas
Growing the business with revenue quarter by quarter, aiming profitability/ revenue growth.
Ability to think strategically and translate strategy into action plans
Ensure profitable business operation
Responding to RFP’s, Cost Negotiation, Closures
Build all required collaterals(Website, Brochure etc.)
Build proactive proposals respond to services.
Openings for Pre-Sales

Exp: 1 to 3 yrs
Drafting mails to clients after having in-depth discussion on their need and focus.
Regular mail, telephonic calls and personal visit to followup potential business prospects.
Achieving targeted business by generating leads through cold calling, references and BD activities.
Analyses the work progress on weekly basis with seniors to augment business.
Coordinate with internal team and client for successful implementation of all projects.

Excellent communication skills and MS Office Skills

Strong presentation skills and comfortable making client presentations.
